Ohio’s IT Alliance, Inc. Board of Governors

The OhioITA Board of Governors represents leadership from a cross section of the IT industry around the state of Ohio. Big companies such as The Dispatch Company in Columbus are represented as is the state University system. Combined with a cross section of entrepreneurial leaders, this Board has broad industry representation. Further, each region from the state has at least one representative so that open communication can be more readily facilitated between regional partners and the central office.

The OhioITA Board members do not receive compensation for board activities, and provide time to the organization on a match basis which is used to help fund the organization. Board terms are staggered with three seats coming vacant every year. Accordingly, the current Board is continuously reviewing its DNA make up and actively pursuing new board members from the regions on an annual basis.
